CCN accelerates its mission of connecting members

The Canadian Cybersecurity Network (CCN), Canada’s largest technology network (41K members) is launching a new cyber practices library that will be run by community cyber practice leaders. The library will connect to a CCN Slack community with complimentary cyber communities where members can connect, develop one on one relationships, and explore new directions.

The digital library will house information on security operations (offensive & defensive), GRC, security engineering, physical security, emerging technologies, the public sector, and career development.

By developing organized digital knowledge channels and distinct cyber practices, CCN hopes to accelerate the cyber learning curve as well as increase communication between members so they can develop communities of practice within the larger CCN community.

Francois Guay, Founder of CCN says that “Creating community relationships within CCN is our ultimate goal. If we can accelerate the frequency and quality of connections and communications within the cybersecurity community between individuals and businesses, we will have succeeded beyond our wildest dreams”.

The CCN cyber practice library and Slack channel will be launching shortly. Stay tuned for further announcements.
